5 Elements Breathwork (5EB)

5 Elements Breathwork is an art and science of aligning the body and the psyche thereby receiving the amazing healing power of the breath!

This is achieved by knowing how to breathe in air as well as energy. Here again one is learning to breathe fully and completely without any conscious or unconscious specific focus like belly and  chest breathing, or pauses in between the breaths.

In an advanced level 5EB enables one to explore the subtle elements of the 5 breath forces. This is done by doing breathwork in the 5 elements thereby achieving upliftment at all levels like physical, emotional and psychological.

What happens during 5 Elements Breathwork (5EB)

On practicing 5 Elements Breathwork many physical sensations come up and by breathing through the sensations, they get transformed into complete relaxation and bliss.

This state is called a complete energy cycle.

Breathe Naturally

Enables one to breathe completely by overcoming the breathing deviations eg. chest/ belly breathing or shallow and rapid breathing with pauses in between. When one breathes correctly, one lives correctly.
